My IL2 1946 dont work


First i installed IL1946
Then i pathced to 4.08
Then i patched to 4.09
then 4.10.
Then i made a new folder that was named ''MODS''.
then i download UltraPack 2.01 and installed in MODS.
Then i use jsgme to use the mods.
Then i run il2 but no new mods still same 4.10
i install UltraPack again at IL1946 ( The main folder .)
then i deleted MODS with UltraPack in it.
Then i try to run IL2 1946 but it dont work.
nothing comes up.
