well it would better if you said what are your camputer and graphic performance, any way if you use ATI graphic card here is my openGL section of my config.ini:

Their is a software Game Booster, google it, it will colse all unnecessary apps and processes and will free RAM to better performance.
If you decide to use FPS Limite, after instalaton make a shortcut on your desktop an specify this patch
in target section:
In this line f:30 determine your MAX FPS you can change it durig game by pushing F11 an F12 buttons.
You have to start the game from this shortcut, after your game started during the mission the F10 button in your keybord will show the actual FPS, F11 will decrease FPS, F12 will increase FPS, if you have assigned other commands to these buttons, you have to change those. Remember that depeending on your system performance it will take a while for FPS Limiter to start the game( A black CMD window will apperar and will last during the game in background) after you quite the game, go back to CMD window and wait until the line" press any botton to quit" appear then push any button to quit, don't use the "X" button on upper right to close it, it will cause that your game will not start and you have to restart your camputer.
