how do i know computer frames is?

Open the console (Shift+Tab) and enter "fps START SHOW".
If you want to permanently show the FPS, edit the file "rcu" in your il-2 main folder and add the following line:

@fps START SHOW

So that e.g. the file "rcu" reads as follows:
