I just did a search for carrier takeoff mod and found this...

you probably have conflict with some other AI altering mod
just look into your Mods file, and rename your file with Carrier Takeoff like this: +0_Carrier_Takeoff_5_3_3
I'll check my A/I mod and let y'all know.
