Fireskull it does say "Reviews for any add-on of all sims."

And if you read the guidlines it does say...

This forum is for reviews of any add-on, mod or product for any simulator.
Anyone can write a review but you must fallow the steps below
And summit your review for approval and posting.
There will only be one review allowed for any one item.
All reviews will be read only.

Hence why its locked.

So I think what Cnopicilin means is a Review Section for anything, not just Flight Sims.
