One of our most important driver diagnosis techniques is to revert to the next older driver version. Do that and let us know if it fixes it. If it does no good, then you know that it is not a driver issue and you should return to the latest driver.
By the way, any driver can be corrupt, even a previously used one can become corrupted.
This sounds like a hardware issue, but fixing software is free and always the first thing to check.
