The Helldiver was in the works for Pacific Fighters, but due to the Northrop Grumman copyright lawsuit any content that was being work on was dropped. Even if it wasn't related to Northrop Grumman in any way shape or form.
But since then Daidalos Team have taken over and they have stated that the Pacific theatre is under developed in the game and they will / are looking at adding new content for the Pacific theatre at a future date, but they will not add or incorporate any thing to do with Northrop Grumman. That said the Helldiver is made by Curtiss so there is hope

As for the Judy I never heard of it being worked on for Pacific Fighters or by any Modders, maybe Daidalos Team will do it if they think its important enough :?:.
