I have repeatedly tried to eliminate the opening splash screen with the pilots face on it with out success . The path you decribed is"Go to Steam>Steamapps>Common>IL2-Sturmovik Cliffs Of Dover>Parts>Gui"


But mine has an additional folder'Go to Steam>Steamapps>Common>IL2-Sturmovik Cliffs Of Dover>Parts>comm>Gui.
I opened the Gui folder and found the logo Icon and changed it to -logo but the entery into the game stays the same?????
