Salute !!

I loaded the missions and want to try them out as a single player.
I selected multi player, coop mission type and select a/s but when mission loads, i am in a/c cockpit but the PC is frpzen and i have to reboot PC.
Can you tell me why mission freezes.
If i understand correctly i can fly by myself and all other a/c will be AI
