I'm using the UP-3.0 version & haven't had any weapons issues to date ... (fingers still crossed :wink: ) ... not that that helps you much but yes ... still a beta.
Bit of a shame though that you can't get under wing stores to show up
... the only other thing I could suggest in the meantime is to perhaps try disabling any current mods you might be using that could possibly be causing a conflict? ... it's about to get a weapons upgrade soon so maybe that might fix things.
