Thanks, can I go from 4.09 directly to 4.11 or do I need to go to 4.10 then 4.11?

At this site you need each and every patch.In correct order.
4.07-->4.08-->4.09-->4.10-->4.10.1-->4.11-->4.11.1
Check your game after you install a patch to insure your game works.
Then and only then install the next one.

After you have all the patches burn them to a disk. If ever needed you will have them.
