The images reveal that you are missing bump mapping texture of the terrain and sea lacks shading to say the least. The texture on the aircraft shows a lack of shine. Many of the buildings lack windows. Major problems your CoD settings have! Does CoD have a configuration file (conf.ini)? If it does, then please post an image of it.
Experiment with Qualité des textures (texture quality), increase Ombrage terrestre (terrain shading), and you may need to check or uncheck filter for anti-epilepsy. In some games or simulations it is best to let the software handle settings, so you might want to switch from Personalize mode.
I don't use COD so I am only guessing with the French words and by past experience with games and simulations. :wink:
