Dear Ice-Eagle,
I see you have checked the MiG-21 thread at SAS and received my message. I would have PMed you myself at AAS but my account was deleted 'in revenge' after Beo's last explosive outpooring and hence I was unable to contact you. I'm trying your old registered email at SAS but I've also asked LeOne to deliver this message to you on my behalf.
I have no problem with people sharing links pending they have the courtesy of asking first and they don't hotlink. It make life hell for users with technical issues and clogs up the foreign forum with posts about mods they don't necessarily support. I was willing to forgive it but we have two problems here: a) AAS and [name banned] have made it their policy to prevent links to our site, meaning you can't post links to here. b) In response to my reasonable request, you have decided to post a public political statement which had nothing to do with the matter. This has nothing to do with SAS~GJE52 and I will not hear a word of it. This is now purely between yourself and the MIG-21 team (whom I am representing here), and why you have copied our release thread with links without the courtesy of asking us first. If you had asked, I would have most likely said yes.
As mentioned I was willing to forgive the copying of the thread and indeed, some of us at SAS were willing to lift you ban at some point in time. As far as I am concerned, you have chosen to respond in an immature fashion to this matter and ignore a reasonable request. Having review the moderation log here (and if I remember correctly, an incident over at M4T), this is not the first time you have chosen to respond in such a way. I hope you decide to make an honorable decision and respect our request to remove the post and links. Otherwise you can consider any amnesty that myself or the other admins were considering at SAS gone and your account permanently deleted.
It would be a pity if it came to that, as I and many enjoyed your enthusiasm for the Bf-109 and the Albatros. But frankly if you do not wish to act in a mature fashion expect of an adult and be respectful to others, then you are not welcome at SAS nor are you welcome to share our mods.
Regards,
Anto
