one morning of a day during 1917...
a subchaser starts the daily patrol

in the straits of Otranto - Italy

when it catches the signal of an enemy sub... And the hunter begins dropping depth charges

which is impossible to escape unless the sub runs deep... and to deep to bother the other ships with its torpedos.
