Just to be sure I understand what's happening here. When your mission starts, you say the aircraft start with wings folded. What happens then? Do they all unfold at once? Do they unfold at the point they started at, or do they move somewhere and then unfold their wings?

`s` how can i e-mail or send you this mission and you can see what happens.
I put it in net co-op, It was built by a friend in spain named piebalt. My DADDY always said a pic is worth a 1,000 words.

`s` just d/l latest ver 5.2 rar. when i load mission carrier speed=40 mph aircraft=4 f9f2,4f86
i am in #4 f9f2
planes line up abrest and wings up when wings go down #2 f9 blows up all ai planes do a rolling take off. i would send you a movie dont know how to up load to you.`s`

Do you have the CERT AI mod installed? If so, you need to disable it while you're using the Takeoff mod.

`s` they un fold where they spawn in and then the start to blow up no ai planes taxi to cat. do i kneed ver 1.1 installer?

You almost certainly have a conflict with another mod.

Doublecheck this:

- You have Carrier_Takeoff_5_2 installed in your MODS folder.
- Any other versions of the CarrierTakeoff mod in your MODS folder are disabled (have a minus in front of them).
- All versions of the CarrierCatapult mod in your MODS folder are disabled.
- All versions of the CERT AI mod are disabled.
- All versions of the Moving Dogfight mod are disabled.

If all that is true and it still isn't working right, try renaming the 'Carrier_Takeoff_5_2' folder to '00000_Carrier_Takeoff_5_2'. After you refresh your folder view, this should cause that folder to be the very first one in the MODS folder. Then run the game and see if it works.

As I understand it I have to have installer. ver.1.1 installer from aaa.
for 5.2 rar to I s that. right?
I deleated 5.2 and moving d/f
reinstalled ver4.1
all planes line up good no blow ups
will try your 5.2 rar again when I d/l 1.1Installer fromm AAA

No, you don't have to have UI 1.1.

If you've got Takeoff_b4 working now, just disable that, and disable any versions of the Catapult mod if you have that installed, then install 5.2. Should work.

`s` sorry tried it just like you said except i cant find how to disable file. so i deleated both files and reinstalled 5.2 but same results explosions all over deck.
a6 lines up good but avenger explods when wings go down same with f9f

To disable a mod, rename it so it has a minus sign (-) in front of the folder name. For example, you could rename the 'CarrierCatapult_b4' folder to '-CarrierCatapult_b4'.

Did you try this from my earlier post:

"If all that is true and it still isn't working right, try renaming the 'Carrier_Takeoff_5_2' folder to '00000_Carrier_Takeoff_5_2'. After you refresh your folder view, this should cause that folder to be the very first one in the MODS folder. Then run the game and see if it works."

The only other mod I know of that would conflict would be the AI NavLights mod. If you've got that one, try disabling it.

`s` sir renamed carrier to 00000,etc. after about 45 sec all planes worked as you said. perfectly.
you got my vote for best mod of the game
