This has been bashed out several thousand different ways on any aviation site you care to mention..lol!
My take on this is simple, it will come when its ready and not before.. you can theorise, speculate, hypothosise, conjecturise from now until doomsday.. it'll do no good. The only person that really knows is the man himself, and quite frankly, he doesn't want us to know zip!
I'm kinda fully embroiled in what this site has to offer yet, and there's loads more to come!

Yup, you wrote exactly how many-including myself-think and feel on the SowBob release. 8) We know that AAA is growing and improving 24 hrs a day. It will have a ready and gigantic base to launch SowBob modding on a global scale if and when it is released. :roll:

P.S. This week I added online flying in HyperLobby IL-2. I love the comradeship and even made a couple friends. Offline modding with AAA is preparing me for Sow, and I really am in happy expectation of the fabulous things to come here along that line. This can only be good for Daddy Maddy and 1C in sales of sim.

dont have time to find it. but in the responses to the questions regarding the newest screenshots. Oleg himself said. next year. cant push it past that. or they will have financial problems. stay tuned to the 1c forum!

Hi all

First a word on the release date countdown clock

It was only ever based on quoted or direct comments from Oleg. It was last updated to sept 2010 because in his Simhq interview he said that by oct 2010 "thousands of people" would be playing SOW.

I only took it down because the app is unstable, not for any political or practical reason. I may put it up again next time Oleg gives us a better hint.

For those who haven't seen it, I've gone one step further and put together a longish list of every 'factlet' I have compiled on SoW since March 2008. I only reference either direct quotes from forum posts by Oleg, or material from interviews with him and his team...even with that, it is quite a list.

You can either check the 'lite' version out on my site, or go there to download a nice PDF illustrated with some of the newer, and some rarely seen, screenshots.

I'm sure that is what Oleg would like to do, but by his own admission 2010 is the latest he can afford to release BoB, otherwise he will be out of money.
