Hey speaking of which, I started looking at doing some modding and wanted to make "rounder" wheels for the luft birds in general (a few more polys). which files am I looking for from the SFS extractor? (its not the wheel.mat files is it?)

Yes there is interes! Ju52 is a nice bird as long as you are not in a hot zone .

why are the wing engines not straight but a kind of "going to the outside"? (i dont know how to express in english)

The wing engines were canted away from the centreline of the fuselage to reduce yaw in the event of an engine failure. If a wing engine failed the 'dead' wing would tend to lag, but this was counteracted by the outward thrustline of the live engine on the other wing. This was quite a common design feature of 1930s aircraft (you can also see it in the outer engines of the Fw 200 Condor).

He just means he's given the Ju52 an overhaul and improved it aesthetically. It's not a new variant of the Ju52, although that'd be funny if there was!
