There is the original QMB mod which was for v4.08m. That one is linked in another thread.
Now there is this QMBPlus that has some of the new maps in the 4.09m beta patch.
Use the version of QMB that matches the version of your game.
After you install it, FC's Read Me document explains that every new map can have up to twelve mission types (None, Airbase, Armor, Bridge, Strike and Scramble = 6 types (x2 for Red vs. Blue). However, to have a real armor attack mission you'd have to place the tanks on the map and identify them as the target in the FMB. To truly have 12 mission types you have to build specialized missions in FMB.
Because of this, FC gave us all mission types for only a few of the maps (Ardennes Winter and NW Europe come to my mind but there were a couple of others). If you select 'Armor' or 'Scramble' on the Berlin map, for example, QMB won't be able to generate anything because FC didn't include a mission. For most maps you can only choose 'None.'
I duplicated all the my 'None' missions so that at the very least I don't have to remember which maps have what mission types; no matter what I select, something will be generated. Now if I choose Red mission type Armor on the Berlin map, I may not have tanks to attack but at least I'll be flying over the Berlin map. I can edit tanks to the mission later with FMB if I want that kind of mission as a possibility. In fact, I've already gotten some good results by just copy/pasting scenery from similar DGen missions right into my new QMB mission files; Boelke's desert campaign scenery has spiced up the SandsOfTime QMB files very nicely. Now all I have to do is move around some waypoints in FMB and choose particular targets for each kind of mission.
I'm just experimenting for now. I think I'll try to put together specialized missions for the ItalyOnline map first so I can play around with objects and scenery.
