New Objects

Madtoc,

Thanks for these objects. They really add life to the sim.
Here is a train station on kt's East Africa Map that has more life now with them added:

P.S. Not to look a gift horse in the mouth but...is there a way to make some stationary atrtillery look like it's being towed? The howitzers now have their "legs" spread (don't even go there LOL) and I was wondering if they could be put together and elevated to a position that would "attach" them to a tow vehicle? That would make for some immersive targets on a road.
Just a thought.

I just placed all the objects in my static.ini files and found one that doesn't work. Here are the lines:

//[buildings.House$drova]
Title ToW_drova
MeshLive 3do/Buildings/ToW/drova/mono.sim
MeshDead 3do/Buildings/ToW/drova/mono_dead.sim
AlignToLand 0
Body RockMiddle
Panzer 0.1

The // in the beginning stops it from being used and there isn't anything in the 3do/Buildings/ToW folder.

Is this going to be a future release or what?

The objects you created are splendid,
the Normandy houses look like what I have been waiting for in my Normandy Dreams....

Very nice looking building,nice colour and texture look to them.

1/ i don't created the objects, just extract from the game "ToW",and put in il2.

That grass looks auto-generated as part of the map engine wouldn't you say?. Not individual objects. Probably similar to the way our _tree files automatically generate forest=3 trees on certain textures.
The map system in ToW is very similar to Il-2.... Do you see where I'm going with this? Big Grin
