i tried installing the bomber mod with the 9.2 sound mod first, but i still could not fly in cockpit mode. I then tried the 9.0 sound mod with the bomber mod, but same problem resulted. Does anyone might know what im doing wrong? i believe i followed the instructions as directed, so I not sure what im missing. thanks
im im extracting the sound mod into my IL-2 1946 file, and it overwrites the il2fb.exe and files.SFS files, so i assume this is the right place? also, i forgot to mention i get an error during the extraction with messages like "access is denied" for some files and "the system cannot find the path specified" for others.
you're not using Vista by any chance are you?

Thats vista trying to protect itself... you could probably get by that by disabling the UAC in vista's msConfig
someone told me i have to extract to a file outside of program files and then manually copy them into the il-2 sturmovik 1946 file because winRAR cant do administrator acess, is this correct?
