Is this possible to add protractor on map (instead mouse's cursor) ? This mod can help us in navigate and we will be able to measure angle of course in briefing or inflight.

The cursors are global, plus the size of that can be only around 32*32 pixel , so I would say no. You can have a different cursors though (*edit: if you modify this file):

1. create a files/gui/game/

2. put this file there:

3. add to filelist .txt
gui/game/cursors.tga
