I cant see DB601 sound file in Sample folder . DB603 and DB605 i see , but Emils engine not !!

How this new 0,93 sound mod affects FPS in game?
I have impression that slows down when playing new beta patch Slovakia map. Somehow it was more easy and smooth with 0,92. Maybe because of .SFS or something or .exe or something?
