Thats, surprisingly...to me anyways, a lovely little office....great use of space with the gauges....quite smart looking and efficient by the french.....im just surprised is all as externally(IMHO of course) all french aircraft of the day are just butt ugly looking....no style, perculiar angles....kinda like their cars.....just my opinion...australia didnt make nice planes either so please dont think im being prejudiced....

Great pics BTW

It does remind me of the Mc-202 cockpit in it's originality though.

Concerning french aircraft looks, I agree with the exception of the D 520. 8)

You don't like the Boomerang or the Kangaroo? I think they are very nice looking aircraft.

Your not alone zo.

A couple of years back a good mate of mine and myself were sitting outside having a coffee at a small airport in northern France , when literally out of the blue, a French air force Mirage did a very low level beat up that passed right over us at what looked like less than 150 feet.

The pilot did a 1/4 roll just as he went over our heads...the detail we could see was incredible. It was a real buzz and that Mirage looked beautiful. That pilot certainly gave us a big old smile Big Grin

Ditto for me the Mirage III series rock. The Mirage IIIC and E are my favorites in SFP1. I wish we would get a campaign to fly the MS 406 in IL2FB too.
