The only Mig 9 skin I've seen out there is a bare metal by Vpmedia. Is that what you used or did you start with a void? Who did the skins?

Glad you like them! I don't know who did the Mig9 skin. It belongs to ATM Air Force for doing Display Formations and Air Shows. Hawk may have a better idea of who did it...

All this happens quite a lot, it's just that we don't normally take that many pictures of formation flying becuase we do it regularly and it's pretty normal for us lol. Air show server was passworded when we were doing it so that would probably be why you haven't seen one live in front of you lol. Also server wasn't on hyperlobby, we used join by ip.

As for making a Mig9 skin I would personally draw what i wanted on the void skin then put the template over it and then correct parts and add the more detailed harder bits because with template on top it is more clear. Then just save as bmp and done.

lol a few problems with that...

Firstly server was running with vulnerability off. Mainly because if anyone crashed it would make smoke and cause lag, which means we have to restart server so therefore it was turned off. We did end up with a few people crashing into the ground, most of them were people coming out of stall manouvers and losing control.

Secondly, if u decide to we could teach you and with some practice you'll be able to fly quite close without crashing. Do you fly on Hyperlobby? You could join us on one of our random practice sessions lol. It's great fun!
