Dear Fat Boy, I see your pics once and other, and I am shocked about the perfect lines and edges...
This caracteristic is incredible in your shots. Really do you get them only with AA x8Q? I have tested that AA value but I don't get that lines... Do you play in perfect mode? I have noticed that in excellent mode, edges seem better...
What bad the envies is...

AA 8xS, perfect mode, Willy.
I'm sure that I'm using older drivers, Willy. Only update for problems or something really significant. Maybe that's it. Newer drivers aren't always better drivers. Depends on the sim and this is an older sim. Maybe older drivers work better for AA in this sim. :?:

Yes!!
I have followed your recommendation and I have reinstalled an old quadro driver with awesome results. Better AA, better textures and improved fps...
This, together with the new DLL,s from 1C for IL-2 (dated from yesterday) have solved all my problems and improved a lot my sim.
Regards.

Yes. RT 2.06 (to OC -630/2000- and fan control -85%-) and I use nHancer too (profiles with detailed AA modes and more specific parameters). Why?

Because of that quadro driver, I assume its soft quadro then? Is it worth, I mean do you see actual more quality on graphic aspect?

The most of quadro drivers are compatible with all (or near) GeForce VGA,s. I'm using 160.02 quadro at this moment, although there are other quadro drivers newer.
This driver with the new DLL,s give me the best image quality I have ever seen in the game. Moreover, I don't lose FPS.
This is the link to DL and try them (Windows XP 32bits): http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_160.02.html
And here you can find the new DLL,s: http://www.mission4today.com/index.php? ... ls&id=3246
Regards my friend.

Thanks a lot Willy on that precise information, I very much liked this sentence
One more thing, could you post maybe some link with useful explanation how to make it quadro?
It’s been perhaps 5-6 years when I was messing with that, I forgot most stuff about that. I have GeForce 440MX at that time, so I was disappointed with the results, that I remember.
Thank you

Avala, I haven't modded my VGA to Quadro by software. What I have done is to install this quadro driver in my rig, together with the new DLL,s. The driver recognize my 8800GTX (this GPU is employed in quadro cards) without problems.
It's simply that. I don't know what card do you have Avala. Maybe this driver recognizes your GeForce too.
Here I leave you two links to the forum where the employ of these quadro drivers for GeForce cards is discussed:

Here you have the WHQL (not beta) version download: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=1640

I will give it a try. That was harder to do back then, not without porking with Riva tuner. I must agree about new DLL for IL2, quality is really better now.
