maybe... preset? If so.... wordpad will do and what it does is kinda selfexplanatory for a superficial look.

yes... wordpad from windows... you can find it after: Start/all programs/accesories/wordpad
you can use any text editor for it in the end but, wordpad is light and preserves better the fortmatting of the document.
