I present you the Falklands map for Il2, as my first map maybe have some problems and/or errors. I tried to create it as realistic and fun as possible. The map have some lifted coasts on the continent, I tried to solve it without luck so better take it like it is.
I need to thank to Baco that helped me during all the process, also to Charrua and all the members of the GAEV and Escuadron Condor. I will not forget too the Notredamme forums people. Also and specially to FLy_Zo, Asheshouse, Clockwatcher and all the AAA forum people!

I decided to create a map for the Falklands cause I tought that will be a interesting place for a 1946 conflict, and also to dedicate my work to all the Argentinian community
Happy flights guys!!

Included are the names for the map in Spanish and English, everyone can choose his prefered language! You only need to erase the _spa or the _eng


P.S. I have the hope to work on better versions for the map in a future

First Upgrade:
Minimap and FMB map showing the forests, and upgraded road network and train.
Also acces roads to mayor airstrips. (for those fanatical builders like me who enjoy setting uo the guard hoUse, barracs, perimetral fences etc.. ).

I still dont have teh hang of the tools everything was made editing T map.

Excellent job guys, and real quick.

Might be nice to have the option of English names for some of the locations on and around the Falklands/Malvinas, -- but then I'm probably biaised.

How about providing an optional texts.txt?

no, not at all Ahshouse, you are not Bias.
You have the option. The names in english are in the same RD_Malvinas Folder.

Just rename Text_eng.txt as Text.txt and you will have the names in english .
folder: il2/MODS/MAPMODS/Maps/RD_Malvinas

Its onlly fair to have both versions.

Ashes, thank's to Baco, I included both files in order to avoid any political problem with the map. You can choose between the Spanish names and the English names for the islands.
