Newtons 3rd law overmodelled?

Not a request to change FM and things - but -

I don't understand why in this sim , when you fire the guns of a 4 ton aircraft travelling at 300 mph, the recoil kicks like you were firing a 50 from the hip.

Any opinions on this?

Gotta agree with you on this one. Sure, the plane should shake abit, but not THAT much. :wink:

cos you're firing a fair few high velocity, high rate of fire guns at once. this is the first time i have ever seen complaints about the recoil of guns in game, and the only people who could tell you whether this is over done or not are the people who flew these thigns in action. anything from us simmers is a "feeling" and not sufficient grounds for change.

Watch some real gun cam footage and tell me what your "feeling" is.
Do you get the impression that the nose dips about 3 metres?

The P47's behaviour is/was well documented (whined about) at Ubizoo (though thats not the only one).
