Well, this is my humble contribution to enhance IL-2.

Is not an MOD, but I think it is much better that ugly backgrounds of IL-2 :wink: .


I do not know if this is the right place to put this,
If the moderator, it considers correct, it may change site.


To use these backgrounds, just to decompress the file,
And rename the name of the background, for example background001 as background, and finally, putting every background, in the corresponding folder.


For example, C: \ Program Files \ Ubisoft \ IL2 1946 \ Missions \ Campaign \ DE, to change the backgroun of the German campaigns

I should be grateful if someone from the forum, especially Hungarian, Romanian and Slovakian, where can I find pictures of planes, these 3 nations in ther WW2, to be able to change the backgrounds of these countries in the simulator.


Especially I love the IAR80, but I have not found barely, illustrations of that plane
