I've just done a total reinstall of 46 so I thought I'd down load the latest version of the mod which appeared to be SFX06. However I now notice there is now no apparent way of adding maps to the QMB or adding sounds. I had a pretty nice P&W R2800 sound set I'd worked on installed and working in the 9x version which I cannot utilise now. Also the .50's have reverted back to the cr@p standard IL2 sound from the good samples that were in the earlier mod!!

I can no longer get Avalas/Mcwolfs replacement insignia to work.

Well, a lot of us are trying to figure out that isue you are refering to. I also did a re-installation of my entire Il2, but i only went for the .93 soundmod version, and it all works fine now, so no reson to change it i guess.

that should fix it
