Hi rigamoritz, these skins are looking quite well but I have to agree with 'username', the codes are to bright and 'new'. Why don't you simply update them at mission4today, there are a lot of afterwards corrected and updated skins. I would appreciate this very much Smile .
Thank you very much for your skinning work and best wishes

Right, I've decided (As I now have some free time) to make a composite of John Ellis' handiwork in the Battle of Britain, and thus decided to sort out my skins. Heres the first one:

Please, if I've done something wrong, tell me, so I can sort it before I publish them

Ok, I'm going to attempt to put the places where the ammo was loaded through onto the skin, before I publish them, and make DW-O and DW-K properly (Pretty much only ones I have reliable sources on)

Not yet, I'm waiting for any criticism's, lol. Don't wanna release an unfinished plane. Hmm... .Maybe I should just release it anyway. Ok, I'm about to stick it on M4T.

Thanks! Would you possibly share your mk1 template? I'd like to skin some Spit mk 1s with yellow and red spinners to add to the variety. Unless you want to give it a go.

Especially the Spit mk 1 with a red spinner is a real beauty.

And I believe this is a variant that has a largely standardized paint scheme, so adding some variety is important...

They took the skins off M4T because they are used on a mod.You need to find another outlet.

They were up for awhile though, I hope many people got them.

Hey forager, guess who got 'em while they were up.

Did you, or should I send them to you?

What a bunch of pedantic W@nkers.
All I said was "It has been updated since the first version, for better use with the AAA Spitfire Mk.Ia, in that it has the gun ports in the correct positions, and has a better colour for the codes." and they delete the whole bloody download. Wouldn't it have been a more efficient use of mine and their times to simply delete part of that sentance?

You might just have to call it a MkV with mkI panel lines, im setting up a MkI and planning on doing it that way

Rigamortiz... If its not going to be appreciated - dont put it up there. I gave up after my initial post of skins there after having my work impuned by false accusations of copyright enfringement, so since then I cant be bothered with that. Keep them here, hell; this is where the actual plane comes from, makes sense to me.
