Hmm...I see the Spit has eight .303s. What a bout the Emil? Smile

Remove those MG/FF cannons from the wings and place four 7.62mm in their place. Remove the bar on top of the front canopy to represent the old style canopy. Possibility? Big Grin

I think, he just want to say:
Replace two MG FFs by the 7,92mm MGs and we've got totally 4 MGs. Got it???

It can't be that hard to get...

Engine cowling: 2x MG17
Left wing: 1x MG 17
Right wing: 1x MG 17

Total: 4x MG 17

It would be cool to have this plane...

But that is some rather shockingly light armament there! :?

I'd probably only fight against it...

Good job they got those 20 mm later on.

It is not in MGs. Oleg hasn't modeled enough damage zones (radiator and glycol tank, hydraulic lines, wheel tyres etc.)..

Exactly 313_Sheddan!

A lot of the systems that were so vulnerable to machine gun fire are not modeled in the game. That's why the machine guns seem so ineffective. Gibbage wrote about this very convincingly a while ago, possibly in one of the old .50 cal debates.

IMO it's also a matter of DM: older DM's are simpler so they're stronger!
