for that you have to look in the 'cockpit' direction of your BF 109 Cockpit (In FILES or MODS Dir).

There should be a File named "Reticle.tga".
Open in Photoshop or a semilar Picture Editor you can edit/resize to your whiches.

Maybe, there is also a "Reticle1.tga" File...than you also need to edit this same way.
