it really annoys me

the he111 is not all around visible, ans also got no target recticle. it gets me annoyed with nothin to aim at. also if ya could, someone make the 2nd rear gunner flyable

You do know that making brand new aircraft and cockpits can't be done right now don't you.. They can't be imported into the game until more progress is made..
All that can be done is to bastardize existing aircraft to make a believable representation.. or not..lol!

Well, then why not edit the 111-pit a little, so it looks more like Fw? E.g. we could add a reticle flying in the middle of nowhere, just to know where to aim at...like in that one Ki...dunno which it was...the one wit da gun up top...
