After update on AC_INSTALLER 1.9 the cockpit of the Hawker Tempest does not open anymore. I have installed again the MOD for the sliding cockpit and don't run.

Any idea what happend?

i believe that feature has been disabled cos of online issues .....

Yep, IRL the canopy would be ripped off the thing at speeds of more than, for example (don't quote me on this) 300 KMH. But its a bubble top anyway, so its not as though you NEED the canopy open...

That's a shame, I don't fly on-line either...well not for a very long time at least.

Could it be the time for 2 base versions of IL2 approaches?...

yes this has been disabled & the tempest sliding cockpit mod has been removed from the site for now at least - we could make 2 versions but that would mean a lot of extra work especially the AC.Installer which btw i dont like doing lol

Yea, I don't fly on line either. Shame we have to loose these, we need more opening canopys not less.

I don't fly online, I don't like it. The reason I play this beautiful simulator is for realism. The more real the better.

Please, don't cut or delete new MODS, enable the open cockpit again, when you fly online don't open it. that's it.

i can live without opening Tempest canopy just fine .... ( 100% offliner)
