@Badger: I'm using PS CS, so I don't knwo if I can help you there. At least I can tell you that it is no filter, only cropped screenshot, two layers for background and photopaper and a cast shadow effect.
Anyone interested in the skins?

It existed even during WWII :-) Yes, it was only gouverment-in-exile and very small army in UK, but it existed. And finaly, if I wanted to go to extreme, this country has very long tradition since 7th century - sometimes interupted by our western or southern neighbours for e.g. 6 or 300 years* ;-)

Czechoslovakia - yes - was before 2nd world war. Between 1939 and 1945 it was divided into Czech republic (under German occupation) and Slovakia, because Hitler promised own country to Slovakians, who were to back his war effort
