Hi all. I've tried various different searches of the forums to find a solution to this problem but so far nothing has turned up that can help me sort it out.

Many of the aircraft in my install now have large chunks missing, e.g. the P51s have a bit of the fuselage behind the cockpit missing, the J8a lacks an engine cowling and parts of the rear fuselage where it joins the tail, the Ju52s are missing fuselage sides and so on. Anyway know what I've done to mess things up?

Next step is a full reinstall I think, but I'd rather not because I like the game as it is now, apart from the transparent airframes.

I noticed the same problem when I tried the new .dll files (il2core, il2corep4, il2steup) that were released a while back. It happened with both modded and unmodded installs of the game. I have no solution other than going back to the original files, which work fine.

you will either need to update Avala's plane shine or disable it

PPlaneshine has nothing to do with planes that Whiz mentioned, it was affecting just Zeros and that’s it. No P51 or Gladiator. That is the reason why I will not update it again or made anything for it, people just throwing blame on this mod or that mod don’t even read all about it, and everything is already written.
