Guys, My timing is not good with getting help with these two issues so I am spreading out the chance to help.

here is the situation(s)

Have a new modded up install per the new big mod file. (have a back up straight 408). Everything works great including switchers.

Problems:
1. easy one. I cannot get the Malta map to load. I get the same map not found file as in the malta forum. I did everything there and still will not load. I *think* it is the all.ini file but need help fixing it. can someone get me a step by step to get his map to load (Slot etc loads)

2. Harder one....My desktop shortcut for IL2/mods/switchers works fine. I switch versions and when I hit St.Cut it loads excatly what I tell it to. Now I want to fly in P-51s v Spits, AAA or in the OPF. I swithch to 408MOD or 409MOD and check it via shortcut and works . BUT when I start HL it only loads 408 straight. I know my start path is correct as I copy and paste from the shortcut directly! I have reinstalled HL and still will only load 408!

Ok first is solved. AAA installs maps in MODS>MAPMODS. My install creates the 1BASIC folder with its own maps. Chaning the all.ini and placing everything there fixed the issue. (Thanks FA Monguse!).

The HL issue is still vexing.

Fixed by changing UBISOFTMODS to just UBISOFT. HL apparantly gets hardcoded in.
