Hello,
Is there any way to add 109 engine sounds to the 190D and Ta152? I have installed the SFX_06 mod. Should I have tried the other engine sound versions?

You could try to filter out DB601 or 605 sounds and rename to FW/TA used BMW sounds.

But: a Daimler Benz doesn't sound like a BMW Engine.

Thanks Renmik. I was wondering if the 109 sound mod could be used for the Dora and 152 only, as they had Junkers and DB engines, not BMW.

Was the DB Engine for both typs experimental, field-mod or regular series install too?

You could use Sounds of Ju 88 for Jumo 213 plus whistle sound of BF for Air intake Sound.
That could be awesome !!

Hm...I have searched in files.sfs for a script file,

what says, which PRS File belongs to which Model, I found nothing useful.

'Cause, in PRS Files is only routing to WAV Files and their loudness ... nothing more

I think, it's deep hided somewhere ... maybe, someone of the Modders eventualy has explored it already.

The only thing I could make is, renaming [samples]-section from BMW to Jumo213 Sound ...

but than all FW sounds like Jumo-Engine-Planes ... no beautiful solution.

NO. If you didn't notice yet, the 190D and Ta152 have different sounds compared to the 190A models.
So copying renaming the DB sounds would result exactly in his desired effect.
Sorry, i can't tell you what the names of the JuMo sounds are, but they shouldn't be too hard to find in the samples section of the soundmod.
And if you guys are talking about the original sounds, i strongly believe that the 190D and 152 have different sounds from the A's, since they have different sounds in game, at least in the 0.92 version i'm using.
