DOWNLOAD AIR WAR ITALY 1943 - 1945 SQUADRONS ---> update 16/06/2008

All these squadrons fought over the italian skies, USAAF first of all. The mod cover the period between the Operation Husky, to the 8th september, and off course the post 8th of september period, with ANR (Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana) and ICAF (Italian Coobelligernat Air Force). There are also new command for the italians squadrons: Sezione, Squadriglia, Gruppo.
I'm searching for Croatian squadrons insigna, like 2 Lovacko Jato.

I wonder if you can further explain this mod for me. Is this an addition to a previous mod? The first part of the installer was not hard to figure out. I do not speak your native language, however for an unexperienced downloader it might be a little confusing. Once I made it to here I had to stop. PLEASE ACTIVATE SQUADRONS MOD WITH GME, AFTER THE SOUND MOD.

Could you explain this step for me? I have the sound mod installed already and patched to 9.0b. I remember somthing about GME from Silent Hunter 3, am I wrong?

It looks like a lot of work went into creating this mod. So I want to say thank you for your dedication. My last question is about the Squadrons that flew for Italy and Germany in your MOD.

Could you direct me to a web page that has the information on where they were based. Even if it is in Italien. I can use an online translator. Again thank you for your work.

GME does mean you have to use files folder. GME is not supported here so i don't know excatly how to activte this mod with AAA activator. BTW, you must to activate this mod after the sound mod, as usual.

About the italian Squadrons (axis side), i've based this mod on book references....no link. For ex. Camouflage and marking of the Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana, by Ferdinando d'Amico.

This one is only for the after 8th of september, with ANR for the italians. I'll update also the REGIA (before 8th of september) and may be a mixed version with ANR and REGIA. Added Lafayette for France.

Hm there appear to be some problems:
A) The co-belligerant markings do not show.
B) The ANR ones only show on certain planes as far as I can tell.

Updated with insigna, but for italians ICAF you must use marked skins (Abraxa C-205 --- Kristorf Spitfire Mark.Vc)
