Looking GREAT FF! Chiang Mai is my favorite. And you even have the Burma fields - great!
We'll be expecting more pics soon.
I posted a new version of Fay King's co-op mission at my site....it is the AVG Morning Straffe mission.
I made it a little more historical (and maybe a little less fun) trying to follow the description in the book 'BaaBaaBlackSheep' so it is more of a pre-dawn raid....as far as we can get the darkness within the limits of the il2 game.
Cars don't collide with the station platforms (or this arch things) , they just walk through :-)
How close are we to the final version & will there be an installer?
FF,
Are going to continue trying to use the custom objects for the final version? I could not get the map to save at all when using them, but you defualt objetc fix made the map work. If you plan to continue using them I will start trying to figure out where I went wrong installing them. This has been the only major obsticle I have had with any of the mods here at AAA, but with perserverence Im sure I can figure it out.
Justin
I certainly intend to use the special objects I've made for this map...
I know some have had no problems....and I also hope to use some of Canon's objects from his Channel map too....and if Lal_Rone gets his hangers and stuff out....who knows
some nice screenshots here..

Question: If missions are made using this existing Alpha map, can the missions be easily transferred to the final version of Thailand? Maybe copy and paste from the mission files?
Or, will the missions have to be completely remade from scratch?
I'm wanting to recreate several of the USAAF bombing missions of Rangoon using B-24s, P-38s, and P-51As, late 1943. I don't want to put too much effort into it unless it can be easily transferred to the final map.
missions will work OK with the new map...... really I only need to add buildings in the towns
the map_c and map_h will not be altered ...I cannot foresee any major changes
