I have a new MSFFB2 (yes, brand new
) from 2 weeks now, and as I expected, I love how sims feel now. When I was looking for this joystick I read about fs-force for flight simulator, and the best feature for me was the correct trimming implementation.
As lot of people don't know what really the trimmer does in an aircraft, here is the full story:

I like very much how IL2 feels with force feedback. Althought I still haven't test it throughly, I think is really well implemented. The only think I'm missing is the correct implementation of the trimming and I thought that I could make a request at this forum. In my preliminary search I've found this thread so I thought it would be better to post here instead of creating a new one.
That's my request, a mod that overrides the IL2 trimming system and changes the return to center position of the force feedback joysticks instead.
I don't know if two different process can access the same force feedback device. If that's possible, as no data from the running IL2 process is needed, I'm thinking in making an external application to take care of that 'trimming feature'. But it surely would be better to have it implemented in IL2 itself.
EDIT: I'm thinking that lot of IL2 flyers also often have Lock-on. Trimming is correctly implemented in Lock-on if you want to test it. In fact, I think is one of the bests regarding force feedback support.
