Noticed this recently whilst flying a Normandy Mission? Its all round the small 'England' island used as a british base.

Any idea how to get rid?

seams to me that you have map_c.tga and map_c.tga_table files from my BOB_normandy mod present in normandy folder

try to remove those files ( back up first!)

btw, are you using Default Map Upgrade pack by any chance ?

Yep I have the default map update installed - latest version!

I will try your suggestion and report back when I can

Sorted deleted those files all now ok!

BTW, I have 2 map folders? One called MAPS in MAPMODS and one called MAPS in my old original file structure 'ZZZ_MODS' - had to delete both files in each one?

Do I need this second MAPS folder at all ?
