This really is a phenominal MOD, I can see a lot of server admins loving this - externals while on the ground and externals after you are dead!!! We have wanted this for years, not to mention externals on just your aircraft Big Grin

Brilliant!

No more F6 Aces

I too ask above question.
Is Radiator open/close control can be separated??

This is what I only want for now. I got everything, 6-dof and no-bar etc.
I only want radiator control separated. Smile

Hi Fireball- I was looking into this. I was wondering what the parameter might be for Power_2, Power_3... as well as Prop pitch_2, Prop pitch_3 ... be in the conf.ini to operate them on a slider? (example: "usbID2:-X axis, etc.) If you were to be able to let us know that, likely quite a few folks could be very happy with throttle quads Big Grin especially for bomber flying 8)

Thanks in advance

thanks for this great mod !

I have a question : Is it possible to block only the ctrl + F2 and F6 keys ? So we can have the external view on the friends planes only ?

Awesome. The externals only when dead or grounded is fantastic for Force on Force missions Big Grin.

I plan to release a new version of the Hotkeys mod in a couple weeks. It will have some bug fixes and a few new things. It will have the separate Radiator open/close keys, and I should be able to add the external view of friendlies only. The external view while your parachuting is a possibility. I THINK that can be done fairly easily, but I'll have look at that one. And there will be a couple other new things. Smile

As for the separate throttles...I will also take a look at that, but I suspect that will be a little more difficult, if it's possible at all.

Ok, this is ONLY when your plane is not destroyed. Example: When you crashland with only minor damage and you bail out to avoid strafing. If the plane is destroyed i think it will work (will try). Other thing, is there any way to make it add the lines to .mis automatically?. (Maybe asking too much) Anyway. Awesome additiong to the game.

Bravo Sir! ~S~ I had gotten this far before I realized it was beyond my skill level.

I look forward to any accomplishments you achieve.

Is seperate control of the power included in this mod, like in the Picture???

The "Power" control is actually the blanket control for all engines - what would probably be needed is:
Power1
Power2
Power3
etc

But I have no idea how these parameters are accessed within the game engine.

If anyone has the tools to debug a running application to see what calls are being made, it might be possible to use devicelink to set the power of an individual engine and deduce the call being made so it can be reproduced...

Alternatively, a good coder could just use WWSensei's devicelink code (http://www.wingwalkers.org/vault/devicel...index.html and http://www.wingwalkers.org/vault/devicel...rapper.zip) to build a HID-to-devicelink interface for multi-axis controllers - no game modding required.
There are already applications to do this sort of thing with devicelink, but they are only usable with specific devices, and are not configurable for any standard HID.

Are there any good HID programmers out there willing to take this on? Or does everyone have to wait for me to re-familiarise myself with C++ and learn HID programming (given my current family and work time commitments: wait time = forever)?
