Hi folks:

I've just been into FMB to find some airport runway directions to add wind. In the course of changing some things (like having the AI guys now land into the proposed wind) I noticed the 'Desription' boxes were empty. I went back to the Main Menu and opened a server in Co-op and loaded a mission. My original descriptions showed up there.

I then exited the game and went into the root folder/Missions/net/coop/[my mission folder] and when the list appeared there was a whole slew of '[my mission name]_ru.properties' inserted under the original ones marked '[my mission name].properties'. I removed these, opened the game again and went back into FMB. The 'Desription' boxes are empty again. What's happening?

don't remove the files just rename it without the _ru thing and problem fixed.

I tried what you said and no dice. So, I went in, after a sleepless night, (during which I came up with a possible solution) and resaved the .properties files through Notepad as [my mission name]_ru.properties. Success!

Now, the question begs, would the fix for the English language problem in Campaign mode help here? I haven't installed that because I don't use Campaign.
