Prior to Installing the standardard maps reworked mod and a few other mod maps I could see other aircraft at a fairly good distance & they stood out much better against the ground area.
Now with these new reworked maps I can't pick out anything until they are right on top of me.
I have the Nvidia 8800GTS and of course the drivers are up to date etc & I spent around 30 actual hours adjusting this and that in the control panel & reading up on what each adjustment was for.
It's adjusted as good as its gonna get & was very good prior to modded maps...
do these new reworked maps seem a bit darker to you all..
It is so bad for me that I am considering bagging the whole thing & reinstalling & using only the sound package.
If I can't see anything it takes the fun out of it... The maps do look nicer, but I have noticed that rendering has become a real problem on some maps... such as: doing a wingtip curve around a town on the slovakia map at 1500 meters I could see the areas of the town rendering just ahead of the wing while the town parts would disappear again just behind the wing.
anyone else noticed this scenario?
