I finally had some time to get some more work done on these. I still want to reskin the highways and runways as well but ive been sitting on these for a little while so i thought i would share them. Enjoy!

I'm not sure, I wasn't sure where to post it. i just decided on this section since it isn't a new map just some new texture work. I suppose a mod can move it if they see fit.

Nice job! I especially like the darker tones to the concrete. Its a shame the grass gets repeated as wide stripes on the tarmac though. Excellent none the less. :wink:

I like them! I also would love to have these as well as another set where the grass is not present for my Atlantis Map I'm working on. The current concrete one is wayyyyy too bright.

i have a question on these new mod maps though.

In the picture above in the distance is a black area. I noticed it on other maps also. It looks like a grass fire burned out a large area, but when you get closer it is a green forest area or a town.

Is it suppose to look that way or is it to difficult to have a green forest area be green at a distance?
