thx a lot so if i download the light smoke effect mod and just put it in MOD folder it will work?

well that is the tricky one ....

it was agreed that default location for it is:

\MODS\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects\

but old mods ( before agreement ) place it at different locations

what you should do is find them all ( search...) ...merge it to one (winmerge or similar app) ...and place it at above described location
