inside my Mods folder I have two folders for Gunsights.
One is: GUNSIGHTS and the other is: GUNSIGHTS2_ru

Would this cause a conflict between the gunsight mods & regular gunsights?

Do I possibly have this installed wrong or are there suppose to be two of those folders listed as I have noted above?

short answer is no, you can move Gunsights2_ru content into Gunsights if you want to

if duplicated files are present first will be loaded

I put the .ru into the standard GUNSIGHTS file & then looked and discovered that there were, in fact, two files...now I can just look at them & deside which one I want & rename the other one. sort of the long way around, but it works...
