I agree that the Swordfish is sorely needed as the only Biplane to operationally start and end WW2 (correct me if I am wrong).

But I have to differ with you guys and suggest that the Mk II would be the best representation both in terms of numbers built and historical impact. It was the first version with metalled wings to enable the firing of 60 and 25 lb rockets as well.
